Welcome to JHU Podcasting. The Johns Hopkins University is the first research university in the United States. Its aim was not only to advance students' knowledge, but also to advance human knowledge generally, through discovery and scholarship. The university's emphasis on both learning and research-and on how each complements the other-has revolutionized U.S. higher education.
Today, podcasting is one of the newest tools in advancing human knowledge. In addition to downloading your lecture directly from this website, you may also subscribe to your lecture so that it downloads automatically into podcast players such as iTunes.
JHU Podcasting is currently a pilot program that is available in a limited number of our technology classrooms. These rooms have all the necessary software and hardware required to record and upload lectures automatically with very little user interaction. You can find a listing of rooms that can currently podcast by clicking here.
JHU thanks you for visiting this site. Enjoy your podcast lecture!
Disclaimer: All recordings done from these rooms are uploaded and available on this website "as is", no editing is done on our part.
